Menu prepared by the Michelin star chef Barbara Martina from Osteria Erba Voglio in Corno di Rosazzo.
The winemakers Adriano and Giuliana Gigante will illustrate 12 selections from different vintages to show the quality and the evolution potential of the great Friulian wines in collaboration with Barbara Martina and her interpretation of the region.
