    Dry white wine, slightly aromatic. It matches well with fish starters and vegetables soups.

    Isonzo plain. Nord-South exposure with alluvial soil, rich in iron, clay and gravel.

  • Winemaking

    The harvest is manual to permit the selection of the grapes. Then follows a gentle destemming process and the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15° for 20 days. After that occur 8 months of maturation in stainless steel vats at the end of which the wine is bottled and stored for a further period of aging.
