Harvest with grapes selection, criomaceration and fermentation of the destemmed bunches at a controlled temperature of 15° for 22 days. Maturation of the must for 8 months in stainless steel vats. Further aging in bottle for 2 months. -

Yellow with flashes of pale green. -

Intense aroma that ecohes tomato leaves, sage and elderflower. -

With a good acidity it maintains creamy on the palate. -
