Native sweet wine for meditation. It matches well with dry biscuits and cheese or to be enjoyed on its own. -
Exposition and soil type
Town of Corno di Rosazzo, Colli Orientali del Friuli. South-East exposed hill with a clay soil. -

Picolit 100%. -
Winemaking
Late manual harvest into cases, the bunches are dried at 40° brix, destemmed and very gently pressed. Then the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15° for 20 days until it reaches 13%vol. After 24 months of maturation in 350lt barrique, the wine is bottled and refined in bottles for 12 months before the release. -

Bottle of 0,5 litre. -
Colour
Bright golden yellow with flashes of amber, dense and elegant. -
Aroma
It has notes of honey, citrus, rose and white flowers on the nose. -
Taste
The palate is creamy, warm with good acidity and longfinish. -
