    Native sweet wine for meditation. It matches well with dry biscuits and cheese or to be enjoyed on its own.

    Town of Corno di Rosazzo, Colli Orientali del Friuli. South-East exposed hill with a clay soil.

  • Winemaking

    Late manual harvest into cases, the bunches are dried at 40° brix, destemmed and very gently pressed. Then the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15° for 20 days until it reaches 13%vol. After 24 months of maturation in 350lt barrique, the wine is bottled and refined in bottles for 12 months before the release.

    Bright golden yellow with flashes of amber, dense and elegant.
