Winemaking
Harvest with grapes selection, bunches are dried at a temperature of 33° Brix and destemmed softly. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 18° for 20 days. Follow 15 months of maturation in barrique and a further period of bottle aging. -

Bottle of 0,5 litre. -
Colour
Golden yellow with flashes of amber. -
Aroma
On the nose prevail fruits such as apicrots, dried figs with hints of hezelnuts. -
Taste
A slightly sweet palate with a great body and a rich finish. -
