Winemaking
Harvest with grape selection, fermentation of grapes at a controlled temperature of 27°-28° for 7 days; must maturation in 350lt oak barrels for at least 24 months, then racked into steel tanks for 12 months. Further aging in bottle for 12 months. -

Conic bordeaux of 0,75 litre and magnum of 1,5 litre. -

Garnet red. -
Aroma
Muscular impact on the nose with forest floor, tanned leather and hints of spices. -
Taste
Powerfull and refined with a nice suite of tannins, long and lipsmacking. -

18° - 20° -
Cellar lifespam
The characteristic intensity of its tannins makes the wine long-lived, improves and maintains its features for 10 years.
