Winemaking
Harvest with grape selection, first the bunches are destemmed and gently pressed then are fermented at a controlled temperature of 25° for 20 days. After the fermentation the must matures for 14 months: partially maturation of the must in 350 lt oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel vats. After that period it is assembled and bottled. It ages in bottle for at least 4 months. -

Conic bordeaux of 0,75 litre. -

Red with flashes of violet red. -

Notes of wild red fruits. -
Taste
Softly tannic, bodied and well balanced. -
