    Brut Rosé. Fine as aperitif, it matches well with starters, first courses, white meat and fish.

  • Winemaking

    Early harvest. The grapes are destemmed and fermented with the skins at a low temperature for 6-8 hours and finally crushed; then follows a fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18° and another one in pressure tanks between 12° and 14°. Suspension on yeast for 4-5 months, bottling after 6 months from the fermentation in autoclave.
