Winemaking
Early harvest. The grapes are destemmed and fermented with the skins at a low temperature for 6-8 hours and finally crushed; then follows a fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18° and another one in pressure tanks between 12° and 14°. Suspension on yeast for 4-5 months, bottling after 6 months from the fermentation in autoclave. -

Special Collio bottle of 0,75 litre. -
Colour
Antic pink with peach veining and a lively perlage. -
Aroma
Hints of red fruits, pomegranate and grapefruit. -
Taste
The mouth is fresh with a creamy, elegant and structured finish. -
